Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays or major drops), processing may extend slightly.

Shipping Times:
Domestic U.S. orders typically deliver within 5–10 business days once shipped.
Tracking information is sent automatically as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier availability.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident wearing Heron Creek. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you make it right.

Return Window:
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags (if applicable) must be attached.

  • Certain limited or seasonal releases may not qualify for returns.

Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to offer exchanges within the 30-day window. Exchange availability depends on current inventory.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
